This very short book brings up a lot of valid points. Has
technology really molded society into anti-social people? This book makes you
think about how things have changed over the years. Life used to be about
communication, but through the years technology has formed a whole new level of
how people interact. This book gives many tips and tricks on how to get back
into that olden way of communicating even with technology creating a barrier. There are even tricks on how social media can be used to benefit you into making new or even more friends.
I think everyone can relate to this book. Have you ever had
such an amazing friendship with someone online, but when you met in person…
there was nothing to say? Building a virtual relationship is easy but how do
you maintain one in person? This book will show you how to do just that. Not
only are there tricks on how to make friends but also how to keep friends. My
favorite part of the book would be possible factual information on why people
need friends. Mr. Mitchell explains the many reasons behind relationships,
things to consider, possible problems, solutions, and differences. A lot of
people do things without a proper knowledge as to the importance behind why
they are doing.
Overall, this is a good book. It has some insight on why to
have relationships, how to create a relationship, reasons we need
relationships, and how to hold a relationship. The writing of this book needs
worked on. The grammar and punctuation was never truly considered, especially
in the beginning and middle of the book. I am really interested in where the
facts in this book were obtained. The book is missing citing and a reference
page in the very back.
